Williamsburg stretches from the East River into a network of residential and commercial streets. Former industrial buildings, older walk-ups, rowhouses, and contemporary apartment towers create a housing landscape with considerable variety.

Bedford Avenue, neighborhood parks, and the riverfront offer distinct points of reference. Domino Park is one expression of the waterfront’s transformation, while inland blocks retain a different scale and a mix of established buildings and newer development.
