Prospect Heights combines historic rowhouses, apartment buildings, and newer residential development near some of Brooklyn’s major cultural destinations. Grand Army Plaza marks a prominent entrance to Prospect Park at the neighborhood’s southern edge.

Vanderbilt and Washington avenues bring commercial activity to the surrounding streets. The Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden are close by, adding to a residential setting shaped by architecture, public space, and the connections between neighboring districts.
